Emily Santina produced an outstanding video including drone footage of the exterior of the home and Hideaway Lake area. The interior 360 views were great. Photography was excellent and showed off the property's best features. Emily was efficient and prompt in keeping me in the loop on contracts/negotiations. I felt her Comps were spot on.

Loved the marketing packet Emily provided during interview process. Home being listed is in TX, I live in TN. Critical factor was someone who would keep an eye on the property to alert me when something needed to

be addressed. I had no idea at the time that she would make regular drive-by's to spray wasp nest, sweep the front porch, check that lights weren't left on and made video of septic inspection so I could "see for myself" what was being done. Above and beyond my expectations!

I was looking for someone who really understood the unique Hideaway Lake, small market environment. After I made my trip to Texas to interview Emily, I knew we would work well together.
